Accounting Assistant
This full-time opportunity will provide administrative support to our
Accounting staff. Duties will consist of accounts payable entry,
batching/mailing checks, matching purchase orders to invoices, dealing
with vendor inquiries, maintenance of spreadsheets, photocopying, and
various other general office duties. Applicant must have strong
data entry and administrative skills, strong Excel skills, great
attention to detail, and must be highly organized. Must have prior
accounts payable experience.
